I didn't start in AI. I started in trucking.
I run a logistics and trucking company. Before I started implementing AI, we had three trucks. The ceiling wasn't demand. It was me. Driver pay every week, fuel reports, maintenance invoices, compliance paperwork, chasing down trips that got underpaid. All of it ran through me, and there are only so many hours in a week.
So I started building instead of hiring. Dispatch tools, pay calculators, an invoice review queue, alerts that flag a problem before it becomes one. Every few weeks another thing came off my plate. Over the course of a few months we went from three trucks to ten.
What surprised me is that none of it was specialized. The same approach that scaled my trucking company builds a digital product, a content system, or a service you can sell. The bottleneck was never the tech. It was not knowing that building it yourself was even an option. So now I build in the open and hand you the blueprint.
